Prefer backend and enterprise .NET roles. US remote must allow Pennsylvania. Onsite/hybrid must be realistically commutable from Erie, PA. Logistics EDI is ANSI X12, not healthcare EDI. Extensive hands-on SQL Server trigger and cursor experience is user-confirmed and may be emphasized when relevant. Brian is a C#/.NET developer; do not imply Java experience. His REST API experience spans about 10 years. His production microservices experience is about six months and must not be overstated. Swagger experience is limited to inspecting and testing endpoints; do not claim OpenAPI authoring or extensive Swagger administration. API-management-adjacent work includes assigning permissions for certain APIs and investigating API bugs; do not claim ownership of a dedicated API-management platform. Use scope, complexity, responsibility, and business importance when metrics are unavailable; never invent percentages, savings, volumes, or other metrics. Professional VB.NET and IIS experience is supported. JavaScript experience is limited and should be described conservatively. Do not combine code review, testing, or mentoring into accomplishments unless the underlying history supports that exact claim. When a posting encourages veterans, values military experience, or mentions clearance requirements, prominently but naturally include Brian's verified military service. Whenever military service appears in a resume or cover letter, that document must state all three of these facts: United States Air Force, March 1988 through February 1992, and honorably discharged. The Communications-Computer Operator role and Senior Airman (E-4) rank at separation may also be included. Mention the historical Top Secret/SCI clearance only when the posting itself mentions clearance needs. Never describe the prior clearance as current, active, transferable, or proof of present eligibility.
