Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC
- Develop and maintain web applications using AngularJS
- Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL and SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and packages
- Use ADO.NET for database connectivity and data access
- Develop and maintain business rules using Corticon
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, production issues, and performance problems
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement effective bug fixes
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within required timelines
- Participate in application design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Use TFS for source control, work-item tracking, and code management
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, developers, and other technical teams
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and VB.NET
- Experience with ASP.NET and MVC
- Experience with AngularJS and JavaScript
- Strong Oracle PL/SQL and SQL skills
- Experience with ADO.NET
- Experience with Corticon or business rules engines
- Experience with TFS / Team Foundation Server
- Strong application debugging, troubleshooting, and production support experience
- Good understanding of SDLC, application design, development, testing, and deployment
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Prior State Government/Public Sector experience is preferred
