The Lead Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing,
and deploying secure, scalable applications to support complex business
processes. This role requires translating user stories and business
requirements into technical solutions while enhancing and maintaining
existing applications for performance and reliability. Working in a
collaborative Agile/Scrum environment, the Lead Developer partners with
cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, contributes to
architectural decisions, and acts as a subject matter expert in
debugging and performance optimization.
